| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.We accept Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Maestro, Solo, PayPal, Bank Transfer and Postal Order. We are no longer aable to accept personal cheques. If you choose not to enter your card details at the time of order you can send the details to us be royal mail or telephone the details. We do NOT RECOMMEND that you send card details by e-mail outside our secure encrypted website.Overseas OrdersFor orders valued in excess of £100.00 we require cleared funds via Bank Transfer, into our Bank, or PayPal, using a verified account, before goods are despatched (see below)Bank TransfersFor customers wishing to pay by bankers draft or bank transfer, please select 'Bank Transfer' from the payment selection box (depending on your location/order value may be your only choice of payment). When we receive the order we will email you with our bank account details so that you may process the transfer. We have two methods of PayPal payment, as follows:a) select "PayPal Instant" from the payment method box . You pay PayPal for your order and we receive the paid order to process.b) select "PayPal invoice with order" from the payment method box. You request a PayPal invoice which is sent to you via Archery World. This method of payment incurs a 5% surcharge. |
| Shipping And Handling We use the method of despatch that we believe to be the quickest and safest. Details of standard charges are shown at the check out. Surcharges may apply to goods over 2kg in weight and using a carrier service to:Scottish Highlands & Islands, and other off mainland UK locations.Note - please make sure that somebody will be at the delivery address to sign for the goods.Overseas OrdersFor orders valued in excess of £100.00 we require cleared funds into our Bank before goods are despatchedVATwill be deducted if applicable.The carriage charge may be adjusted according to destination.If the recalculated total amounts to more than the original order total you will be notified. |
| Delivery Schedule The majority of orders are despatched within 36 hours of receipt of order. Others we will normally send to you in 4-5 business days. Items not in stock at the time of ordering will be despatched in 14 business days, unless notified otherwise. |
| Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. If your item is not on the next delivery you will be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. |
| Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added at the checkout automatically. All other orders are VAT free. All our displayed website prices include VAT. Customs and Excise duties may apply in your country and are in addition to any carriage charge paid to Archery World. |
| Credit Card Security All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site. |

| Returns Policy If you do wish to return anything you need to contact us immediately and obtain acknowledgement, then securely package and return the item to us within 7 working days of the date the item was received by you. The goods will be returned at your own cost and we would advise you to use a recorded method of despatch. An admin/restocking charge of £10.00 may be applied.E&OE |
