Click & Collect Terms & Conditions

Click and Collect is available exclusively for orders placed online at www.archeryworld.co.uk.

To use Click and Collect please select 'Pick up from Store' as your shipping method at checkout.

Once your order has been processed you will be contacted via email and given a time slot in which your goods can be collected.  Please note that you will not be able to collect your goods outside of the allocated time slot.

Click and Collect – Head Office/ Mail Order – Flookburgh

When collecting from Archery World Head Office/ Mail Order, Flookburgh, your goods will have been packaged up ready for you to come and collect, no further transactions can take place during this collection slot. Collection of goods is the ONLY in person service we offer from these premises. You will not be able to collect your goods outside of this time slot so please contact Head Office if you are unable to make it and you will be allocated another slot. Amendments to orders cannot be made on collection so please ensure you have ordered and paid for everything you require before arrival. Bring with you your valid Order ID as goods will not be released without this.  If once you have collected your goods you need further assistance please call to discuss on 015395 58141.

Whilst we make every effort to have your order ready for collection at the agreed time, please note we will not be liable if we fail to do so in part or in full due to circumstances beyond our control. If for any reason you need to return a product to us then a time slot to do so must be arranged in advance of the goods being returned, or sent back using a courier.

What proof of ID do I need to bring?

Please bring with you your valid order number for the goods. This will be e-mailed to you once the order is placed.

When can I collect my shopping?

Once your goods are ready for collection you will receive an email giving you a day and time slot that you may collect your goods from your chosen location. Please do not attempt to collect outside of your collection slot as you will be turned away.

What happens if I am late for my collection slot?

Please contact head office on 015395 58141 to arrange another time. Goods can only be collected in time slot given.

What happens if I am early for my collection slot?

If you arrive early there is every possibility that your goods will not be ready for collection.  If you cannot wait for your allocated time slot then you will have to organise a new time slot for collection, possibly on a different day. Please do not arrive early so as to avoid wasted trips on your part.

What happens if something I have ordered is not available?

You will be contacted via a phone call to discuss an alternative or to offer a refund, we will not allocate a time slot if any of the goods ordered are unavailable without informing you and discussing the options available first.


Returns Policy

Under the Distance Selling Regulations (2000) you have the right to cancel the contract relating to your order at any time up to the end of 7 working days after the goods are delivered. Some products are exempt, and cannot be returned after processing of your order has begun. Examples include goods made to your specifications or modified from the manufacturer's original specifications by your request or items that have been ordered in for you as a 'Special Order'. These include, but are not limited to, arrow shafts cut to your length, fletching of arrows, some custom made bows and custom made bowstrings. DVD's may not be returned if unsealed.

If you exercise your right of cancellation, you will be responsible for returning the goods to us at your own cost. The Distance Selling Regulations (2000) places a duty on you to take reasonable care of the goods once you have exercised your right to cancel. Returned items must be packaged properly and shipped with appropriate insurance and traceability. Archery World will refund you within 30 days the value of the original order.
Returns Procedure & Warranty
If you have a faulty product still under the manufacturer's warranty, or wish to return any unwanted items to us, please follow the steps as set out below.
  1. Call us. We will take details of your original order and authorise any requested returns.Please do not send anything back to us without speaking to us first!
  2. We will discuss the best method of return and confirm the action to be taken.
  3. After steps one and two have been completed, send it back to us. The Distance Selling Regulations (2000) places a duty on you to take reasonable care of the goods. Returned items must be packaged properly and shipped with appropriate insurance and traceability.
  4. If it is the return of unwanted items, we will refund you within 30 days the value of the original order excluding any shipping costs. If the items require warranty service we will handle the claim under the guidelines of the manufacturer's


  • A note about postage costs (UK ONLY) - If your item arrived faulty or fails within 30 days, we will also refund your return postage costs. (Postage method must be agreed in advance IN WRITING by Archery World.)
  • If you send back items using a more expensive service, then we will not refund the extra costs.
  • If the items require service after 30 days then you will be responsible for the return cost to us, and we will cover the shipping of the repaired/replaced item to you.

Important Information Regarding International Orders


  • While the majority of products shipped abroad give a trouble free life, sometimes warranty service is required.
  • For international orders on all items Archery World will not cover shipping expenses for the return of goods or the sending out of replacement goods.You will be responsible for shipping both ways.
    • For items manufactured by Archery World, you will be responsible for the shipping back to us, but we will cover the shipping of the repair/replacement item to you.
    • Please consider this important point when having goods delivered outside the United Kingdom.
    • Please also consider that it is a likely requirement of the manufacturer that faulty goods be sent back to the place of purchase. Sometimes manufacturers may handle claims directly.
    • If you need to return goods to us CONTACT US FIRST for instructions! Do not ship anything to us without instructions from us.
    • You will be liable for all import duties and local taxes, so please check with your customs office if you have any questions related to this.
    • Archery World LTD cannot be held responsible for any issues arising from your country's import laws and customs
